Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains what the Zikmik app and the zikmik website collect, why, and how you can delete it. Zikmik is run by Hadi Yazbek ("we"). Questions: zikmik.app@gmail.com.

The short version

1. The website

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, your browser's language, which form you used and the time. We use it only to invite you to the beta and to tell you when Zikmik is released. Ask us at any time and we delete it.

2. The app and the Accessibility service

Zikmik uses Android's Accessibility service to perform the taps, swipes and typing that you set up, and to read what is on the screen (the text and position of buttons and other elements) so that each step finds the right element. This happens on your phone. Your scripts are stored on your phone.

3. AI features

When you start an AI feature (asking the AI to build a script, choosing "Let AI fix it", or turning on automatic fixes for a script) the app sends to our server:

If you use Speak to describe a task, the app asks for microphone access. While you speak, your phone's speech recognition service (usually Google's) turns your voice into text under its own privacy terms. Zikmik uses only the text; it doesn't save the audio or send it to our server.

Our server sends this to Google's Gemini API to decide the next step, and returns the answer to your phone. We don't keep the screenshot or screen contents after the request has been answered. Google processes the request under its paid Gemini API terms, which do not allow it to use the content to train its models; Google may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse.

4. Your account and subscription

You can use the auto clicker without an account. To use AI features and to link a subscription, you sign in with your Google account or with an email address and password. We store an account identifier, your email address, your name if you give one, your plan and how many AI requests you have used. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and never stored by us in readable form. Payments are handled by Google Play; we receive the status of your subscription, never your payment details.

5. Crash reports

If the app crashes it sends a crash report (device model, Android version, app version and technical details of the error) so we can fix it. It doesn't include what was on your screen.

6. Who processes the data

We use Google services to run Zikmik: Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database, crash reports, server functions), the Gemini API (AI) and Google Play (downloads and payments). They process data on our behalf. We share data with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

7. How long we keep data

8. Your choices and rights

You can use the auto clicker without any AI feature, in which case no screen content leaves your phone. You can delete your account and its data in the app's settings, or by emailing us. You can ask for a copy of your data or to correct it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

9. Children

Zikmik is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

10. Security and transfers

Data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and stored with Google's security measures. It may be processed in countries other than yours, by the Google services listed above.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above, and tell you in the app when the change matters.
