Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply to the Zikmik app and website, run by Hadi Yazbek ("we"). By using Zikmik you agree to them. Questions: zikmik.app@gmail.com.

1. What Zikmik does

Zikmik repeats taps, swipes and typing that you set up, record, or ask its AI to prepare, using Android's Accessibility service. You decide what it does and when it runs.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the scripts you run and their results. Use Zikmik only where you are allowed to. In particular, do not use it to:

Other apps may block or ban accounts they find automated. That is between you and them.

3. AI features

The AI can make mistakes. Check the steps it records before running them, especially in apps where a wrong tap matters (payments, messages, deletions). The AI is instructed never to buy, install, sign in, grant permissions or enter passwords or payment details, but you remain responsible for what runs on your phone. AI features have monthly limits that depend on your plan.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Google Play, which handles billing. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. We may change prices for future periods, with notice as required by Google Play.

5. Availability

We work to keep Zikmik running, but we can't promise it will always work, work with every app, or stay unchanged. Features may change. Apps you automate may change and stop scripts from working.

6. Ending use

You can stop using Zikmik and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service (for example, trying to get around AI limits).

7. Disclaimer and liability

Zikmik is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost accounts in other apps or any result of scripts you run, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
